摘要
本文主要论述了玛纳斯县利用西部大开发大好机遇,在国家和新疆配套资金的支持下实施水土保持与可持续发展的规划,此项工程对该县改善生态环境和社会综合效益的发展起到了十分重要的作用。
This paper discusses the development of the western region. Manasixian use of a golden opportunity ,Xinjiang matching funds in the country and support the implementation of water and soil conservation and sustainable development planning, This project will improve the environment for the country＇s development and social benefits had played a very important role.
