摘要
用植物根系喷雾试验箱培养冬小麦茶淀红×MY9094、轮抗7号×山农215953的四个亲本及其两个杂种F2,研究两叶到六叶期幼苗形态性状的遗传力及幼苗形态性状与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:幼苗的抗旱性与根干重呈显著正相关。幼苗的根数、根长及株高等性状遗传力随叶龄增加而增加。因此,育种上以4—6叶幼苗的形态性状筛选抗旱品种或选择杂种材料为宜。
Four parents of Chadianhong(♀)×MY9094(♂),Lunkang 7 (♀)×Shannong215953 (♀) and their F2 were cultivated at a growth chamber for root experiment to explore the heritability of the seedling traits from 2-leaves to 6-leaves and the relation between seedling morphological traits and drought resistance. Significant positive correlation coefficient was found between drought resistance and root dry weight. Analysis indicated that heritabilities for root number, root length and plant height increase withgrowth of seedling.Therefore screen varieties of drought resistance or selection hybridduring wheat breeding according to the trait of morphology should be made in the stagefrom 4-leaves to 6-leaves seedling.
