慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生命质量及其影响因素分析

Study on Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生命质量及影响其生命质量的因素。方法采用自行设计并经过了方法学评价的COPD患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-COPD V1.0)对86例COPD患者的生命质量进行测定。并采用统计描述、t检验、方差分析和多元回归分析对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果不同年龄、经济状况及医疗保障形式的COPD患者其生命质量间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05);影响COPD患者生命质量的因素进入回归方程的有年龄和经济状况。结论影响COPD患者生命质量的因素主要是年龄和经济状况。

Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and factors influencing the quality of life. Methods Quality of life of 86 patients with COPD were measured by the quality of life rating scale for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ QLICD - COPD V1.0） developed by ourselves and evaluated by the methodology. The statistical methods of statistical description, t- test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used for analysis. Results There was statistic difference in quality of life among COPD patients who have different economic states, age and medical insurance （ P 〈 0. 05）. The variables entered the regression equation were age and economic status. Conclusion The factors that influence the quality of life of COPD patients are mainly economic status and age.
