摘要 在1L摇动式的高压釜中对霍林河褐煤进行碱-氧气氧化研究,分别考察了反应温度、碱煤比、反应时间及氧初压对煤酸(CA)产率的影响,得到霍林河褐煤碱-氧氧化的最佳条件为:反应温度240℃,碱煤比3∶1,恒温时间0.5h,氧气初压5.5MPa,在最佳反应条件下的煤酸收率为35.2%(对daf煤),其中苯多羧酸占63.97%. In order to investigate the formation of aromatic polycarboxylic acids from coals,Huolinhe lignite oxygen-oxidation in aqueous alkali was studied. The coal oxidation was performed in an one-liter autoclave and the initial oxygen pressure, reaction time, reaction temperature and the alkali/coal ratio were changed respectively to study the influence on the yield of coal acids. The highest yield of coal acid under the optimum reaction conditions was 35.2% (daf), which contains 77.2% benzene poly carboxylic acids. The optimum actions are.reaction temperature is 240 ℃,oxygen initial pressure is 5.5 MPa, alkali/coal ratio is 3 : 1 and reaction time is 0.5h.
