摘要
以产于陕西韩城石炭-二叠纪煤系11#煤层夹矸的高岭石黏土岩(高岭岩)为原料,采用先加碱煅烧、然后再水热合成的煅烧-水热合成法制备纳米4A沸石,并采用XRD和SEM对合成样品进行表征.结果表明,高岭岩先经650℃加碱煅烧,然后再经水萃取后,能形成均匀的硅、铝酸钠溶胶,对后续的纳米沸石制备十分有利;在70℃的结晶温度下,经8h水热合成,可制备出最小100nm的4A沸石.
With the Kaolin rock from the stone band in the coal seam 11 in the Permo- Carboniferous coal measures of Hancheng of Shanxi as raw material, the nanosized 4A-zeolite is synthesized by the calcined-hydrothermal method,that is the Kaolin rock is at first mixed with the alkali and is calcined,and then is used to synthesize the zeolite by the hybrothermal method. The products synthesized are examined by XRD and SEM. The results show that after the Kaolin rock with the alkali is calcined at 650 ℃ and is dissolved with water,an even sol of the sodium silicate and aluminate can formed,and it is very helpful to the synthesis of the zeolite. On this basis,the zeolite of which the least granularity is 100 nm is synthesized on conditions that the crystal temperature and time are 70 ℃ and 8 h respectively.
