深部煤层地下气化及其应用前景 被引量:20

摘要 分析了深部煤层地下气化的特点及关键技术,总结了西班牙地下气化现场试验,探讨了深部煤层地下气化过程碳捕获与碳储存的可行性,展望了深部煤层地下气化在中国应用的前景.结果表明,受控后退注入式深部煤层地下气化技术是可行的,所得产品煤气的热值可与地面气化煤气相比,而且明显高于浅部煤层地下气化.高压地下气化有利于获得理想的煤气组成及维持气化过程稳定进行.深部煤层地下气化可以和碳储存相结合,从而实现零排放的燃料加工利用过程. The characteristics and key technologies of deep coal seam underground gasification (UCG) were analyzed, the demonstration field test was introduced, and the combination of UCG and carbon capture and storage (CCS) was studied. At last, the application of deep coal seam gasification in China in the future was prodicted. The results show that deep coal seam gasification through CRIP technology is feasible. Heat value of the product gas is similar to that from surface coal gasification and superior to that from shallow coal seam gasification. High pressure is favorable for gas composition and stable gasification. In addition, deep coal seam gasification can be combined with carbon storage to realize zero-emission fuel processing.
