罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血清炎症递质的影响

Effects of Rosiglitazone on Inflammatory Medium in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨罗格列酮对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将150例T2DM患者随机分为3组:所有患者均控制饮食、适当运动、采用胰岛素控制等一般对症治疗,A组患者还给予安慰剂,B组患者口服罗格列酮4mg,C组患者口服罗格列酮8mg。治疗前及治疗20周用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定3组患者血清CRP、IL-6和MMP-9水平,并测量血脂等生化指标。结果治疗后C组患者血脂水平与A组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者血脂水平与C组比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组、C组患者CRP、IL-6和MMP-9水平与A组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者血清CRP和MMP-9水平与B组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间IL-6水平差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗格列酮可减少炎症递质MMP-9、CRP和IL-6水平,其抗炎作用在2型糖尿病治疗中起作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of rosiglitazone on the serum matrix metallop roteinase - 9 （ MMP - 9） , C -reactive protein （CRP） and IL -6 in patients with type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Type 2 diabetic patients were devided randomly into three groups： Group A is insulin treatment group, groug B is 4 mg rosiglitazone and insulin treatment group, and group C is 8 mg rosiglitazone and insulin treatment group. The serum MMP - 9, CRP and IL - 6 in three groups were detectec by ELISA. Results There were significant differences in the serum lipid level between group A and group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there were no significant differences between group B and group C （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The serum CRP, IL - 6 and MMP - 9 level in group B and group C decreased more significantly than those in group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in CRP and MMP - 9 level between group B and group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there was no difference in the IL - 6 level between group B and group C （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosiglitazone can reduce the level of MMP -9, CRP and IL -6, it＇s anti - inflammation effect works in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
