北京市大兴区2004年精神障碍流行病学调查报告

Epidemiology Surveys of Mental Disorders in Daxing District of Beijing in 2004

目的掌握本地区精神障碍流行学特征及发病规律,寻找治疗措施和康复模式。方法对辖区在册人口≥15岁及居住在本地区1年以上的外来人口进行调查。由精神科医生组成的调查人员6人分成2组。采用统一量表,以国际疾病分类编码第十版(ICD-10)为诊断依据。结果489275人中,≥15岁人口重性精神障碍患病率为8.14‰,≥60岁人口重性精神障碍为17.03‰。精神分裂症患病率最高。总患病率中情感性、器质性精神障碍高于1994年,酒精性精神障碍与药物依赖低于1994年,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。现患病率中情感性、器质性和其他精神障碍高于1994年,精神分裂症、酒精性精神障碍与药物依赖低于1994年,差异亦均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论精神障碍患病率有明显上升趋势,老年人精神卫生问题值得关注。

Objective To explore the epidemiology feature of mental disorders in Beijing Daxing district, and to find out the treatment and rehabilitation model. Methods The investigators were all psychiatrists and were trained with correspondent tests. 159 619 families were investigated as a pilot study, and then one - by - one home screening was conducted. ICD - 10 was used as the diagnosis criteria. Results 489 275 persons were investigated, the prevalence of severe mental illnesses was 8.14‰ among people older than 15, and 17.03‰ among those above 60 years old. The prevalence of schizophrenia was the highest. The prevalence of mood disorder, organic mental disorder were higher then those in 1994, while the prevalence of alcoholic mental disorder and drug dependence were lower then those in 1994 （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The point prevalence rates of mood disorder, organic mental disorder and other mental disorder were higher than those in 1994, while the point prevalence rates of schizophrenia, alcoholic mental disorder and drug dependence were lower than those in 1994 （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The prevalence of mental disorders in Daxing has an increasing trend, particularly the mood disorders and organic mental disorders.
