摘要
针刺损伤诱导的家蝇三龄幼虫免疫血淋巴对几种动、植物病原菌具有抗菌活性。同时,未经诱导的家蝇幼虫血淋巴也具有抗菌活性,但外源诱导能衡量增强抗菌物质的活性,这表明家蝇免疫血淋巴中抗菌物质的表达可能受结构基因的调控。
The immunized haemolymph from the ingumented third instar larvae of house fly( Musca domestica) pierced with No.3 insect needle has lroad anti bacterial activity against animal and plant pathogens. Meanwhile, the immunized haemolymph from the non injured third instar larvae of Musca domestica also has same anti bacterial activity. However, the exotic agent can slightly enhance the expression of anti bacterial substance, which suggests that the expression of anti bacterial substance in immunized haemolymph may be regulated by consititutive genes. The anti bacterial substance can be characterized by heat stability and long time freezing tolerance.
