加强领导干部的作风建设,改善管理和工作水平,一直是衡量干部工作政绩的标尺。十六大以来,“和谐”命题得到了前所未有的关注。就校园建设来说,和谐也已成为各高校的目标诉求之一,而创建校园和谐文化无疑是校园和谐的重要内容和推动力量。本文从加强领导干部作风建设,构建和谐校园文化出发,从领导干部在创建和谐校园的基本途径、坚持以人为本,创建和谐的新型人际关系,以及深化改革、真抓实干,大兴求真务实之风等方面,阐述了加强领导干部作风,创建和促进高校校园和谐文化发展的主题。

It has always been a kind of scale of weighing up achievements to reinforcing leading cadres＇ attitude construction and to improve the level of management. Since the sixteenth People Congress, as far as the school construction is concerned, harmony has been one of the aims of the higher schools. Developing harmonious culture is undoubtedly the important content and the driving force. On the basis of leading cadres＇ attitude construction and developing harmonious campus culture, the thesis states the theme of reinforce leading cadres＇ attitude construction and developing harmonious campus culture from the aspects of the basic way of construction, insisting on human basis and building new human relationship and so on.
