摘要
改革教育投资体制迫在眉睫,本文就当前解决新疆教育改革问题,全面阐述了开发新疆民族贫困落后地区教育,必须解决制约地区教育发展的经费短缺诸项问题,以期为政府实施西部大开发中的新疆教育投资体制改革的决策,提供有益的参考。
It is urgent to reform education investment system. The paper, aiming at solving the problem in reformation of Xinjiang educational system, explains by an all - round way that developing education in ethic poor area in Xinjiang, must solve all problems, such as funds shortage and so on, which restrict regional education development, in order to provide useful reference for decision - making in the reformation of Xinjiang education investment system in western development.
