摘要
1998年以来,在不到十年的时间里,我国高等教育从追求数量的迅速扩张到提高质量的急速内敛,历经了前所未有的发展变革过程。其间,高校青年教师在这一过程中体验着种种发展变革释放出来的矛盾和压力,身心健康问题日益突出,亟待得到社会关注。本文采用SCL-90心理问题量表对新疆高校青年教师心理健康状况进行了抽样调查、分析评价并提出对策建议。
Since 1998, in less than 10 years, the high education in China had experienced an innovation process which boomed up with a hasty extension of enrollment quantity and calmed down with a sudden restraint aiming at improving its quality. During the process, the young teachers in colleges had espeeiaily suffered the eonlxadietion and pressure that the various innovations may have brought to the faculties. As a result, the psychological problems of the young teachers had become significant in colleges and should have been taken into serious account by the society. With the research tool of SCL - 90, this article investigat selective samples and aimed at displaying the psychological health status of young teachers in Xinjiang colleges. Assessments and proposals had also been concluded in this article.
