浅析高等职业院校师德建设

On Teachers' Moral Construction in Higher Vocational Schools

各高等职业院校在进一步加强师德建设过程中,取得了一定的成绩,但建设中尚存在一些问题和不足,学校务必要不断加强和改进师德建设,使高等职业院校的教师们都能主动参与到这项建设当中,积极为各校的师德建设献计献策,出一份力,使我区高等职业院校的师德建设工作按照党中央的部署和要求,取得长足发展。

In the course of reinforcing teachers＇ moral construction, all higher vocational schools made much progress, but there are still some problems. These schools must keep on strengthening and improving the construction in order that all the teachers in these higher vocational schools join in it and share their ability to contribute to the improvement of teachers＇ moral construetlon so as to make farther development of the work in higher vocational schools in Xinjiang according to the requirement and arrangement of the central Party.
