摘要
利用菲德模型,收集1996至2005年的数据,对河南省教育投入对经济增长的直接作用和外溢作用进行了估计,发现河南省教育投入对经济增长贡献率和外溢效应均较高,而资本和劳动力要素投入贡献不显著,说明政府在加强对教育系统投入的同时,还要提高资本和劳动力的使用效率,并充分发挥好教育的外溢效应.
By using Feder model,collecting the data from 1996 to 2005, this paper provides an estimation of the direct effect as well as its indirect effect with results that education remarkably contributes to economic growth. The result indicates that education has made a greater contribution to economic growth than labor and capital. Hence the government urgenly needs to enhence the productive efficiency of the labor and capital while infusing more funds to education in order to make its indirect effect to full play.
