摘要
通过实验和对比分析,发现成年女子若能在工作之余经常进行有氧健美操锻炼,可以消除体内多余脂肪,使身体形态得以改善,身体素质大大提高。
Based on experiment and comparative study, it is found that adult women can do some aerobic exercises after work, their body shape will be improved and their body quality will also be greatly increased.
