国产那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病24例临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 将48例2型糖尿病患者随机分观察组和对照组各24例,两组分别于餐前口服那格列奈30 mg和瑞格列奈0.5 mg,均为3次/d,连用12周。治疗前后测定空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2 h血糖(PBG)糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及肝肾功能等。结果两组FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组各有4例和3例出现腹泻等不良反应(P>0.05),两组均无肝肾功能损害。认为国产那格列奈片降糖效果好,不良反应轻微,价格低于同类进口药物。
