光量子干预早期内毒素血症大鼠的实验研究

摘要 本研究探讨光量子在内毒素血症早期病理变化中的干预作用。选择循环血细胞、动脉血气、乳酸和早期炎症细胞因子作为代谢指标,活体观察肠系膜微循环和胃窦黏膜组织学的改变,通过观测光量子对内毒素血症早期重要病理生理变化的效应,为有效阻止其向脓毒症、多器官功能障碍综合征的发展提供可选择的辅助治疗手段。 Objective Endotoxemia (ETM) is an important and difficult problem in emergency medicine. Photon therapy originates from ex-Soviet Union's ultraviolet photons therapeutics. Although its mechanism is not clear, with the characters of no injury, no pain and safety, it has widely applied in treat- ment of chronic inflammations and neuropathic. In this experiment we investigated the changes of circulat- ing hemocytes, arterial blood gas, early inflammatory mediators (TNF-ot, IL-113, IL-6, and IL-8), mesen- teric microcirculation and gastric mucosa, evaluated the possible effects of photon intervention on rat in the early stage of ETM. Methods 60 healthy male rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, endotoxin injury group and photon intervention group, each group included 20 rats which were subdivided into four temporal subgroups (1 h, 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h respectively). The disease model of ETM was developed by injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at the dose of 4 mg/kg into thigh vein.
