密度感知信号系统在体内铜绿假单孢菌感染中的作用机制

摘要 铜绿假单孢菌是一种机会致病菌,可以导致很多种类型的感染。细胞一密度一依赖信号传递的机制被称为密度感知机制,在角膜、肺部、烧伤的感染发病机制中起重要作用。此外,密度感知信号系统与铜绿假单孢菌形成的生物被膜关系密切。已有初步的证据密度感知信号系统可能通过控制细菌毒性因子的产生或者调节宿主免疫系统来发挥其效应。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic bacteria that causes a variety of infections. The cell-density-dependent signaling mechanism called quorum sensing systems plays an important role in several such infections as corneal, lung and burn wound infectiongs. Besides, the quorum sensing system contribute to the ability of Pseudomonas aernginosa to form biofilms. There are several studies giving credence to the idea that quorum sensing system accomplish their effect by controlling the production of different virulence factors of Pseudomonas aernginosa and by manipulating the host immune response.
