摘要
对某220 t/h高压锅炉发生的高温过热器区域严重结焦积灰堵塞现象进行了分析,主要原因是煤质灰熔点低、给水温度偏低和吹灰器未能正常投入。通过制定并实施一些防治措施,取得了显著的效果。
Serious coking and ash depositions, that occurred in the high temperature superheater zone of a certain 220 t/h high pressure boiler, are being analyzed, showing that the main causes are: low melting point of the coal ash, too low a feed water temperature as well as soot-blower service defaults. After having adopted means of prevention, remarkable effects have been obtained.
