介绍了邹县发电厂1000 MW燃煤火电机组中使用的BBD4360双进口和双出口钢球式磨煤机的结构、性能及特点。阐述了磨煤机一次风、密封风及冷却风的作用,磨煤机的料位控制系统、润滑油系统、磨煤机装球量和制粉电耗。最后指出了实际应用中存在的几个问题。
The construction, properties and particulatities of BBD4360 type ball mills, with double inlets and double outlets, as used by the Zhou County Power Plant＇s 1 000 MW coal firing set, is being described. The purpose of the mill＇s primary air, sealing air and cooling air, are elucidated together with a description of its stuff level controlling system, its lubrication system, number of steel balls charged and power consumption required for pulverizing. In the ending some existing problems detected during actual operation are listed.
