摘要
锅炉高负荷时,轴流引风机和送风机常发生喘振,影响锅炉安全运行。嘉兴发电有限责任公司对空气预热器进行密封改造,减少了漏风,解决了引风机的喘振;又对送风系统的阻力和调节方法进行改进,解决了送风机的喘振。运行情况证明这些改进是有效的。
Surging often occur to axial flow, forced and induced, draft fans at high boiler outputs, endangering the boiler's safety of operation. Jiaxing Power Co. Ltd has solved the surging problem of its induced-draft fan by reconstructing the sealing of the air preheater, reducing its air leakage;while that of the forced-draft fan was solved, by reducing the flow resistence of the air feeding system, and improving way of controlling. Operational results have proven the effectiveness of all these improvements.
