摘要
锅炉送粉管道的堵粉是一种常见的故障,分析了几种堵粉的原因。在传统的设计技术不能适用的情况下,神经网络就成为故障诊断的一种辅助手段,对堵粉故障进行诊断。介绍了神经网络优良的自组织、自学习和自适应能力,并用实例说明了故障诊断的结果。
A number of causes leading to normally encountered block failures in boiler coal pipes are being analyzed. Neural network can be used as an auxiliary method for diagnosing above block failures in case traditional design technologies are not effective or available. Meanwhile a brief introduction is being presented to the serf-organizing, serf-learning and selfadapting capability of neural networks, whose advantages are then proved by some diagnosis examples.
