摘要
应用弹性力学理论和电测理论,从电阻公式出发,导出了一股箔式电阻应变片电阻的变化率与弹性元件表面应变分布的关系。得到电阻应变式压力传感器的电测公式。为验证公式,设计并制造了测量范围在 0—0.5MPa的φ6电阻应变式压力传感器。对其在加载情况下进行输出电压的测量,结果与本公式计算的结果符合得很好,误差<5%。
Based on the theories of elastic mechanics and electrical measurement, therelationship of the rate of resistance variation of a commonly--used foil straingauge with the strain distribution on the surface of an elastic component isderived, thus obtaining a general formula for the pressure sensor using resistancestrain gauge. To verify the formula,a pressure sensor of such type using a foilstrrain gauge of 6mm in diameter was developed with a measuring range from0 to 0.5MPa.The formula is proved in good agreement with the measured valuesof voltage output under loading condition,with an error shown less than 5%.
