正常妊娠与子宫内膜异位症中HLA-G蛋白表达的差异

The different expression of HLA-G protein in placentas between endometriosis and normal pregnant women

目的在蛋白水平检测人类白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)在位与异位内膜组织中的表达。方法选取卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者30例(实验组),非子宫内膜异位症患者30例(对照组),应用Western blot方法检测实验组及对照组在位与异位内膜组织中HLA-G蛋白的表达差异。结果HLA-G蛋白在实验组在位与异位内膜组织中的表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HLA-G蛋白表达的异常可能与EM发病有关。

Objective： To investigate human leukocyte antigen -G （HLA - G） protein expression in the endometrium of endometriosis （EM）. Methods： 30 women with ovarian endometriosis （OEM）, 30 women without EM were recruited as study group and control group, respectively. Western blot was used for quantitative detection of the difference on HLA - G protein expression in the endometrium between two groups. Results： HLA - G protein expression of OEM group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Higher HLA -G protein may be related to the pathomechanism of EM.
