羊膜带综合征伴多发畸形一例并文献复习

Amniotic band syndrome: One case report and review of the literature

目的探讨羊膜综合征的诊断及临床特征。方法对1例羊膜带综合征病例进行分析,结合文献讨论该综合征的临床表现、临床特点。结果本例主要表现颅骨缺损,重度唇腭面裂,脊柱侧弯,腹壁缺损但无内脏彭出,肢体截断等畸形。结论羊膜带综合征的特点为多发畸形,每例均有不尽相同的临床表现。

Objective： To study the clinical features of amniotic band syndrome. Methods： A case of amniotic band syndrome was studied with review of the literature. Results ： The main features manifested in this case included acrania, exencephaly, median facial cleft, scoliosis, an abdominal wall defect without evisceration, and constrictive amniotic bands over fingers and toes. Conclusion： The features of amniotic band syndrome is multiple abnormalities, and different cases often vary each other.
