3516例东莞市高步镇区已婚妇女生殖道感染现状研究

The analysis about status and relevant factors of reproductive tract Infection in 3516 married women in town

目的探讨高步镇区已婚妇女生殖道感染现状及其相关因素。方法对高步镇3516例妇女进行妇科常规检查、盆腔B超检查、乳腺检查和实验室检查。结果生殖道感染的总患病率为39.48%;检出生殖系统疾病谱中前3位依次为宫颈炎、阴道炎和乳腺病。结论生殖道感染是影响妇女身心健康的重要疾病,对妇女要加大卫生、保健、避孕等知识宣传,定期进行普查普治,以降低生殖道感染率,促进生殖健康。

Objective： To find out the status and relevant factors of married women＇s reproductive tract infecion （RTI） in Gaobu town. Methods： We had examined 3516 women, including gynecological check -up, B ultrasound system, mammary and laboratory examination. Results： The rageneral prevalence rate of RTI was 39.48% ; RTI is tied up with age; the incidence of cervical, colpitis and mammary diseases had the highest incidence. Conclusion： RTI is the important disease which influences physical and psychological health of female. To intensify the IEC （Information, Education and Communicaton） of hygiene, health care and contraception for women, to carry out general examination and treatment periodically, could decrease the RTI rate and improve reproductive health.
