摘要 细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制基因(CDKN2A)为抑癌基因,编码两种周期抑制蛋白p16INK4a和p14ARF;进而通过p16INK4a-CDK4(和CDK6)-pRb途径和p14ARF-mdm2-p53途径发挥细胞周期调控作用。研究发现在多种肿瘤中均存在CDKN2A的基因变异,现就近年来的研究状况做一简要概述。 Cyelin - dependent kinase inhibitor (CDKN2A) is an important tumor suppressor gene, whieh belongs to eyelin - dependent kinase inhibitor family. It plays a eritieal role in regulating eell proliferatin and apoptosis. CDKN2A gene is also ealled INK4a -ARF gene, and it eneodes two proteins named as pl6INK4a and pl4ARF whieh aetions by Rb and p53 respeetively. Researchers pay more attention to its role in tumorigenesis because of its alterations in various tumors.
