Code-switching is one of important researching fields of linguistics. Alcaic angle of view to code- switching concerns about the relations of two sets of grammar rules when two languages switch in sentence. Poplack proposed two principles, which are free morpheme constraint and equivalence constraint. But it is criticized for its ＂asymmetry＂. Then Myers Scotton proposed ＂matrix language frame model＂, but he neglected that ＂matrix language＂ itself is also a motive process. Bhatt analyzed code-switching from view of preferential choice.
