婴儿体格发育与血钙镁铁的相关分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:了解婴儿身长、体重与末梢血钙、镁、铁的相关性。方法:将2003~2006年在我院儿童保健门诊体检的1 317名健康婴儿,按身长、体重分别分为5组,采用五通道原子吸收光谱仪测定其末梢血钙、镁、铁的含量。结果:身长为中下组婴儿的末梢血钙值最高,与中低组、中高组的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);身长为中下组婴儿的末梢血铁值最低,与中上组的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);婴儿各身长组间末梢血镁值的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);婴儿各体重组间末梢血钙、镁、铁值的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);控制年龄、性别因素影响后,婴儿身长、体重与末梢血铁值呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),与钙、镁无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:婴儿身长、体重与微量元素铁呈独立正相关,应重视铁对婴儿身长、体重发育的影响。 Objective: To investigate the relationships between body length, body weight and concentrations of Ca, Mg, Fe in peripheral blood. Methods: The 1 317 infants in our well baby clinic from 2003 to 2006 were divided into five groups according to body length and body weight respectively, the concentrations of Ca, Mg, Fe in peripheral blood were detected with five -channel Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. Results: The concentration of Ca in peripheral blood of mid - lower group was highest with a significant difference compared with mid - low and mid - high group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The concentration of Fe in peripheral blood of mid - lower was lowest with a significant difference in comparison to mid - higher group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . No statistically significant differences were found in the concentration of Mg among groups (P 〉 005 ) . The concentrations of Ca, Mg, Fe in peripheral blood were not statistically significant difference among body weight groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Body length and body weight were positively correlated with Fe level markedly after controlling the effects of age and sex factors ( P 〈 0. 05), in contrast to Ca, Mg levels ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Body length and body weight were positively correlated with microelement Fe independently. The effect ofmicroelement Fe upon the development of infant body length and body weight should be paid moreattentionto.
