学龄前儿童末梢全血中微量元素含量检测结果分析 被引量:25

摘要 目的:了解厦门地区学龄前儿童末梢全血中5种微量元素水平及其与年龄、性别的关系。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定厦门地区0-7岁儿童末梢全血中5种微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:学龄前儿童缺锌和缺铁的比例较高;不同年龄组儿童锌和铁的含量具有显著性差异,低年龄组的含量低于高年龄组,且婴儿期的锌和铁的含量明显低于大龄儿童;不同性别组儿童除血钙含量有显著性差异外,其他元素的含量无显著性差异。结论:不同年龄、性别、不同生活习惯都可能引起儿童体内微量元素含量的不同,建议根据不同情况对儿童尤其是婴幼儿进行微量元素缺乏的防治工作。 Objective: To investigate the current status of five trace elements in blood of preschool children in XiaMen city and the relationship between the value of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe and age and sex. Methods: The contents of five trace elements of preschool children from 0 to 7 years old in XiaMen city were determined with atom absorption spectrum and were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0. Results: The proportion of the preschool children lacking on Zn and Fe was high, and there were significant differences in the levels of Zn and Fe in the different age groups. The levels in the younger age group were lower than those in the older age group. And the levels of Zn and Fe in infants were obvious lower than those in older children. The levels of trace elements except Ca in the blood showed no significant difference between the boys and girls. Conclusion: Different age, sex and dietary habits may cause the different levels of five trace elements in the blood of children. It was suggested that the job preventing trace element deficiency for children especial for infants must be done on the basis of different situation.
