受教育程度与女性围绝经期情绪障碍的关系

The realationship between education level and climacteric emotional disorder

目的：探索受教育程度与女性围绝经期情绪障碍之间的关系。方法：研究对象为到门诊就诊的、经汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）筛选发现有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性65例,年龄介于40-60岁,其中小学及其以下文化20例,中学文化23例,大专及其以上文化22例。结果：不同受教育程度女性其抑郁程度有显著性差异,学历越高抑郁程度越重,二者呈低度正相关（P〈0.05）;不同受教育程度女性其焦虑程度有显著性差异,学历越高焦虑程度越重,二者呈低度正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：受教育程度比较高的女性围绝经期情绪障碍偏重。

Objective： To explore the relationship between educational level and climacteric emotional disorder. Methods： sixty - five climacteric emotional disorder women outpatients from psychological department of the third affihated hospital of Sun - Yat - sen university, whose age is from 40 to 60, and screened by HAMA and HAMDAmong these patients, about one - third is primary school or below,one- third is secondary school, onethird is university or above. Results： Depcessive degree may have negative cortelalion with education level. Axiety degree may have negative correlation with education level, too. Conclusion： The more higher of education level, the more severity of climacteric emotional disorder.
