试论大学生公关意识与社交能力的培养

On Development of the Public Relation Awareness and the Social Competence of the Present University Students

提高大学生的社交能力与公关意识,是素质教育的重要内容,也是市场经济和知识经济时代对人才发展的要求。本文通过对大学生社交能力的调查,分析原因,提出对策,为高校加强素质教育提供理论指导。

It is one of the important tasks of essential-qualities-oriented education to develop the public relation awareness and social competence of the present university students in the request for the talent in the new era of market economy and knowledge economy. Based on the survey of the university students＇ social competence, this thesis focuses on the theoretical instruction for the development of essential-qualifies-oriented education of higher learning.
