摘要
以管道清灰机器人为研究对象,针对管道内的具体情况和管道清灰机器人的工作环境和清灰要求,对管道机器人在装载灰尘过程中所需的结构进行了设计和分析。在机器人的本体结构上设计了一个车箱,参考了机构死点位置的原理,并用电机和蜗轮、蜗杆来控制车箱门,实现了自动清灰。
According to the concrete conditions of the pipeline, the work environment of the clearing ash robot in exhaust gas pipeline of metal smeltery and the require of cleaning ashes, the structure of in-pipe clearing ash robot was designed, The vehicle box was designed on the robotic structure. Based the principle of the dead point of the mechanism, the purpose in clear ashes automatically was realized by using the electric motor and worm-and-wheel gear to control vehicle box.
