摘要
利用虚拟样机技术,对所设计的电液比例控制流量阀的工作过程进行了动态仿真,并对其结构进行了优化,使其在满足工作压力和流量的情况下,使制造阀的材料成本最低。
Using the hypothesized prototypical technology, the work process of electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve was simulated and its structure was optimized. The material cost of valve was lowered when meeting the working pressure and flow.
