摘要
为了在实车运行过程中完成各总成数据的采集和监控,实现预定的控制策略,以UNO3062为平台,应用组态技术开发了的电动汽车整车控制器,并且基于CAN总线搭建了动力总成监测系统网络。系统已经在纯电动低地板公交客车BK6121EV完成装车试验,可以实时准确地完成各项数据的存储、动态显示,以及对整车运行状态的控制,其工作情况良好。
In order to gather and supervise the data of different assemblies during the running course of vehicle, and realize the scheduled controller strategies, the electric vehicle (EV) controller was developed using configuration technology in the hardware platform of UNO3062. The powertrain supervising system was built based on controller area network (CAN) . The system was tested in a low-deck PEV, BK6121EV, and during the in-vehicle experiment course, this system can accurately save and dynamically display the real-time data, accomplish the quantitative control with respect to the running status of the whole vehicle.
