摘要
污染密度指数(SDI)是评价反渗透(RO)系统进水预处理效果的最主要指标,现有的一些SDI测试主要采用人工测量,不但费时费力,而且容易产生人为误差,难于满足企业自动化的发展要求。本文根据反渗透进水SDI测试技术的发展及生产企业的实际要求,以单片机和电磁流量计为核心,研究新型的SDI快速测试技术,建立测试系统,实现对SDI的高效、准确地监测。
Silt density index (SDI) is a most important index of evaluating water pretreatment effect of RO system. Some existing SDI test means Using manual measurement are time-consuming, and the artificial error could be resulted. According to actual needs of corporation and the development of SDI test technology, a new SDI test method was developed by using AVR microcontroller and SITRANS FM Intermag as hard core, and a new measure system was established. The system can measure SDI with high efficiency and veracity.
