摘要
提出了一种使用简单易用的MSComm控件建立串口通讯的方法,以及利用此方法开发OMRON C200HE PLC系统监控软件的技术。监控软件通过串口发送控制参数到PLC,通过PLC控制现场设备,也定时读取串口采集的PLC控制的现场设备信息,进行必要的处理。为了克服串口数据通讯的不稳定性,保证该监控软件长时间稳定运行,还结合工程实践给出了一种可靠的数据采集处理方案及其软件流程。
The method to design serial communication based on VB 6. 0 by using convenient MSComm control was put forward, and the technology to develop monitor software for OMRON C200HE PLC by the presented method was introduced. Monitor software passes parameters to PLC system via control spot equipments and reads information of spot equipments controlled with PLC system via serial interface. In order to get over instability of serial communication and assure stability of watch software for long time, a dependable measure for dealing with serial communication data and its flow chart were practically given.
