不同有机肥种类对无土栽培番茄生长及品质的影响

Effects of Different Fertilizer Type on Growth and Quality of Tomato in Soilless Culture

采用盆栽基质培,研究了不同有机肥对不同时期的番茄生长、生物量和果实品质的影响。结果表明:有机肥料牛粪、鸡粪、羊粪处理促进番茄植株株高和茎粗的增长,以牛粪的效果最佳。鸡粪处理的单株产量最高,极显著高于其他处理,鸡粪、牛粪、羊粪处理的产量极显著高于营养液处理。豆饼肥对番茄植株的生长、产量及生物量的促进作用不明显。有机肥料处理的番茄果实品质明显优于营养液,牛粪处理的果实品质最佳。

The effect of organic fertilizer on the growth at different growth stage, biomass and fruit quality of tomato was studied in pot experiment with substrates. The results showed that organic fertilizer such as cow manure chicken manure and sheep manure increased the plant height and stem thickness,especially the cow manure treatment. Yield per plant in chicken manure treatment was the highest one, significantly higher than other treatments, and yield of the treatments with chicken manure,cow dung,and sheep manure were significantly higher than the treatment with nutrient solution. There was no significant influence on the tomato growth, yieldand biomass with organic fertilizer as soybean cake. The quality of tomato fruit with organic fertilizers was better than treatment with nutrient solution, The quality of tomato fruit in cow manure was the best.
