摘要
田间小区模拟了豆磺隆的残留试验,研究了采用偏施酸性肥、喷施壮秧剂、活性碳蘸根、叶面喷施解毒剂R-28725对残留的豆磺隆的解毒效果。结果表明:采用偏施酸性肥的方法,可以明显降低豆磺隆对下茬栽种的茄子和黄瓜的株高和产量的抑制率,解毒效果明显;采用苗期喷施壮秧剂的方法,在前期测定的茄子和黄瓜的株高上,解毒效果较产量上明显,但不及偏施酸性肥的效果。采用活性碳蘸根和叶面喷施解毒剂R-28725也同时具有一定的解毒效果,在豆磺隆浓度较低时,解毒效果明显,可以使抑制率降低到最小水平,但随着豆磺隆残留浓度的增加,虽具有一定的解毒效果,但尚不能恢复到正常水平。
Simulated rudimental chlorimuron experiment in field. Studied detoxification effect on rudimental chlorimuron including increasing acid fertilizer, spraying growth promoting hormone, dipping root with active carbon, spraying antidote R-28725 on leaves. Results showed that increasing acid fertilizer could clearly crease limit rate about chlorimuron effect on eggplant and cucumbers plant highness and yield. Detoxification effect was very clearly. Spraying growth promoting hormone resulted that detoxification effect of plant highness on eggplant and cucumber was better than yield,but not as good as increasing acid fertilizer. Dipping root with active carbon and spraying antidote R-28725 were both detoxification effect. Effect was clearly when chlorimuron strength was very low. Limit rate was to the lowest, as strength was higher, detoxification effect could not be normal level with a little effect.
