摘要
研究了温度与莲雾在贮藏过程中的外观变化及其生理指标变化的关系。结果表明:莲雾果实在室温(25℃~33℃)下的贮藏寿命为4d。低温(10℃)贮藏能够降低莲雾果实的水分散失,减缓果实中维生素C和花青素含量的下降,抑制其呼吸速率,维持果实细胞膜的完整性,使莲雾的贮藏寿命延长了8d。
Studied the relationship between temperature and the shape and physiological changes of Syzygium samarangense during postharvest storage in order to explore the preservation of Syzygium samarangense fruits in different temperature. The results showed the storage longevity of Syzygiurn sarnarangense fruits was 4 days at room temperature(25~ 33℃). The total moisture of Syzygium samarangense fruit at cold-storage treatment (10 ℃) were well maintained, and the content of vitamin C, OPC,rates of respiration decreased,and increase in cell membrane permeability were significantly inhibited. The storage longevity at cold-storage treatment (10℃) prolonged 8 days than that of the control.
