腹壁下动脉插管化疗在妇科恶性肿瘤的应用

Epigastric inferior arterial catheterization for drug administration in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor.

本文报道６３例妇科恶性肿瘤采用腹壁下动脉插管区域性化疗，使肿瘤缩小、控制，改善病人生存质量，近期缓解率为７３％，其中宫颈癌临床缓解率为７８．２％，病理缓解率８４．６％。为手术及放疗创造了条件，本方法简单、易行。

To observe the efficiency of epigastric inferior arterial catheterization for drug administration in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor,63 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were given DDP and BLM by this method.The overall response rate was 73%.In patients with cancer of the cervix, the overall response rate was 78.2%. The results indicated that this method of administration can increase the drug concentration within the tumor and reduce the systemic side effects.
