摘要
通过对甜瓜不同外植体诱导的愈伤组织进行可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的生理生化指标测定。结果表明:在愈伤组织培养过程中,可溶性蛋白含量与酶活性变化具有一定规律性,显示出2个峰值;不同外植体脱分化后的细胞组织生理生化指标差异显著,受脱分化前器官组织类型的影响较大。
It was mensurated that physiological and biochemical characteristics on callus of different explants of Cucumis melon. The result showed that rule on enzyme actives and soluble protein content , two peaks was showed in most of them. It was different markedly on physiological and biochemical characteristics on callus of different explants of Cucumis melon , and they were relationshil5 between physiological and biochemical characteristics and species of explants.
