摘要 选用金脉单药花健壮枝条作为材料,进行组培工厂化育苗繁殖技术研究。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导激素组合以6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L最为适合,愈伤组织的生长速度和质量均满足要求,继续培养可分化产生大量不定芽;继代培养采用6-BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增殖倍率控制在6~8倍;生根培养采用NAA0.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,一般15d左右生根,平均根量5~6条,生根率100%,移栽成活率高,满足植物组织培养工厂化育苗技术要求。 Selects the vigorous and healthy branch of Aphelanclra squarrosa cv“Dania” as explants carried on the industrialized rapid clonal propagation technology research. The results showed that plant hormone mmbination of 6-BA0. 5mg/LA-NAA 0. 2mg/L is best for callus induction and Adventitious buds differentiation. 6-BA 0. 3mg/L + NAA0. 1mg/L is suitable for continuous cultivation,the coeffident of reproduction is up to 6~8. NAA 0. 5mg/L+IBA 0. 1mg/L is good for rootage,rooring rate was 100% ,and completely meets the demands of the industrialized rapid clonal propagation technology.
