经编弹力织物疵点的控制是提高经编弹力布质量的关键所在。文中从编织过程和染整过程两方面详细阐述经编弹力织物疵点的成因和消除方法。氨纶丝的拉伸和回缩特性是经编工艺的核心,而氨纶丝的除油和张力消除是确定合理染整工艺的依据,因此在生产经编弹力布时要根据氨纶丝的特性,找准疵点的形成原因,采取有针对性的预防措施,做到降低织疵和染疵,以提高产品质量。

The effective control of the defects is the key of improving the quality of warp knitted elastic fabric.This paper introduces in detail the reasons for the defect forming and removing methods in terms of warp knitting process and dyeing process.It is found that the tensile property and elastic recovery of polyurethane filament is the most important point in the warp knitting process,and the oil removal and tension removal of the polyurethane filament is the criterion for the determination of the dyeing and finishing technology.Therefore,it is quite necessary to identify the reasons for the defect forming in the producing process of warp knitted elastic fabric.Furthermore,the precautions must be made in order to decrease knitting defects and dyeing defects and thus improve the product quality.
