双侧结构吸湿快干纯棉针织物的研制 被引量:6

摘要 采用单面整理技术开发双侧结构吸湿快干纯棉针织物。将拒水整理剂按一定图案印制于纯棉针织物的一面(贴近皮肤),使其具有非连续的疏水性,另一面仍具有良好的吸湿性,形成亲、疏水“双侧”结构的单向导湿织物。经对织物的吸湿回潮性能、干燥性能、显汗导湿性能测试表明,整理后的纯棉针织物具有良好的吸湿快干效果。实际穿着效果证实,40%拒水面积的织物湿舒适性较好,粘着性低,适合人体在湿热环境下中等运动量时穿着。 In this paper,one kind of double-sided hygroscopic and quick-dry pure cotton knitted fabric is developed using the single finishing technology.Print the water repellent finishing agent on one side(which will contact the skin)of the pure cotton knitted fabric according to the designed pattern in order to form the discontinuous hydrophobicity,keep the other side with good hygroscopicity and in this way the one way moisture conductive fabric with the hydrophilic and hydrophobic double-sided structure.The experimental results of moisture regain property,drying property and moisture conductivity in obvious sweating state show that the finished pure cotton knitted fabric bears excellent hygroscopic and quick-dry characteristic.And the real wearing experiment suggests that the fabric with 40% water repellent area possesses good moist comfortability and low adhesivity,suitable for wear in wet and hot environment and especially in sports activities.
