摘要 采用生物抛光酶R处理棉针织物,测试了处理前后织物的顶破强力、色牢度、毛效、起毛起球等性能的变化,经分析确定了生物酶抛光处理的工艺参数,即酶用量0.5% ̄2.0%,pH值4.5 ̄5.5,温度50 ̄55℃,时间50 ̄60 min。实践证明,棉针织物经生物抛光酶R处理后其吸水性、悬垂性、手感得到了显著的提高,且达到永久抗起毛起球性,服用性能好。 In this paper,the cotton knitted fabric is treated by the biological polishing enzyme R,and the fabric's bursting strength,color fastness,hair effect and pilling property are tested before and after treatment.According to the analysis on the experimental results,the technological parameters of the biological enzyme polishing treatment are determined: the concentration of enzyme is from 0.5% to 2.0%,pH value from 4.5 to 5.5,temperature from 50 ℃ to 55 ℃ and time from 50 minutes to 60 minutes.The actual practice shows that the fabric's water absorbability,drapability and hand are greatly improved,the anti-pilling property is permanent and the fabric bears excellent wearability.
