摘要
为了实现对公文处理的有效管理和操作,就要把这些信息转化为规范的数据结构,也就是对其进行标准化管理,并使之适应公文自动管理的要求。在分析现有技术的基础上,提出把常用格式的数据转化为XML文档,并利用原生XML数据库进行存储和检索。
In order to achieve the garget of administrating and manipulating the document effectively, it is essential to turn information into standard data structure, which means, to carry out standard management and to accommodate the requirement of the document automation management. Basing on analyzing the current technology, this article is about to bring out the idea of transforming the format of data which are common used into XML documents , and, utilizing the Native XML Database to save and retrieve data.
