GPS武装巡逻车在实战中具有定位准、反应快、联动便捷、适应性强等优势,自上海公安机关引进运用以来,其威力日益显现。为最大限度地发挥GPS武装巡逻车的优势,长宁公安分局自建立之初即积极摸索,并初步实现了指挥“垂直化”、管理“集约化”的工作模式,已在实战中体现出现率高、管事率高、抓捕率高的“三高”优势,较好地弥补了传统巡逻警务模式的缺陷和不足。

The GPS armed patrolling cars have advantages in exact orientation, fast reaction, convenient joint action and good adaptability, etc. And its power has become evident since Shanghai public security organs introduced and exercised it. In order to give full play to the advantages of GPS armed patrolling cars farthest, Changning Branch of Shanghai Public Security Bureau has explored a lot since the beginning, and realized the vertical and intensive operating pattern. It has three advantages in high highrate of appearance, high rate of management and high rate of arrest in the public security practice, and remedy the shortcomings and deficiency of traditional patrolling pattern.
