侦查讯问谋略是由谋略主体、谋略对象、内容和谋略场四个要素有机地构成的整体。以讯问谋略主体为核心,各要素在整体运行当中相互依存、相互作用。侦讯谋略的结构体系是由讯问谋略、讯问方法、讯问语言及其他相关因素之间的搭配、排列而构成。
