摘要
由于中国公民境外迂回偷渡隐蔽性强,参与境外迂回偷渡活动人数正逐年增长。为了更加有效地打击迂回偷渡活动,维护国家形象,出入境边检部门要转变理念,健全立法工作;切实加强与重点航线国家移民机关的联系,通过国际合作,重拳打击迂回偷渡的多发势头;同时,加强与地方公安机关出入境管理部门的合作,从源头上对境外迂回偷渡予以根本性的打击。
Because of the concealment of the circuitous activity for stealing into another country, the population of the circuitous activity for stealing into another country is growing year by year. In order to attack the circuitous sneak crossing activity effectively and defend the national image, we have to change the idea and legislate perfectly. Through the international cooperation, we should fight again the circuitous sneak crossing. At the same time, we should enhance the cooperation with the local public security organ.
